    Was born in Bishkek. Studied at High school #72. Got Bachelor and Master Degrees at the
    International Ataturk Ala-Too University on the Department of International Relations. Together
    with Lecturing on the Department was Vice head of Social Activities Department (2005-2015).
    Actively participates on National and International Conferences, Workshops, Seminars and
    Training Courses.

Ibragim Koncak

Publicaions:

    Ibrahim Koncak ,PhD in political science, is director of Silk Road Research Center, Coordinator
    of Languages Teaching Department at International Ataturk Alatoo University.  He received his
    BA degree in English and Russian Language Literature from World Languages faculty at Osh
    State University in 1999, did MA in International Relations, and PhD in political science. He has
    lectured in different universities in Kyrgyzstan for seventeen years. His research area is Central
    Asia and Silk Roads, migration, conflict resolution and peace building.

    Aikerim Sagynbekova

    Education:

    Aikerim Sagynbekova is a research assistant. Since 2014 she has been employed by the the International
    Ataturk Alatoo University. She assists, supervises and teaches undergraduate classes. She organizes
    IAAU MUN. Additionally she is International Students Exchange Faculty Coordinator. She graduated
    from this university with degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences. Along with her current
    duties she is pursuing a PhD at Bishkek Humanity University.

    Aijarkyn Kojobekova

    Aijarkyn Kojobekova is PhD in Philosophy and an expert of Cultural Exchange Center “UNUM”. Her
    research interests are connected with political culture, social memory and nation building process in
    Central Asia. She has worked mainly in Central Asia and participated in research projects organized by
    the Open Society Institute, UNDP, UN Women, IFES, Aigine Cultural Research Center, etc.
    Dr. Kojobekova worked as Postdoc Fellow in 2013 at the Department of Social and
    Cultural Anthropology of the University of Tuebingen (Germany). She worked as an expert in the
    following research projects: “Gender in Society Perceptions Study” (UN Women), “Consequent effects of
    the Law about prohibition of LGBT propaganda” (Soros-Kyrgyzstan Foundation), “Women protest
    groups OBON in Kyrgyzstan” (UNDP, Peace and Development Programme), “The Meaning of Heroic
    Death in the context of Kyrgyzstan” (Central Asia and the Caucasus Research and Training Initiative
    (CARTI)), “Kyrgyzstanis’ values” (Foundation of Civic Initiative and Internet Policy, UNDP, Soros-
    Kyrgyzstan Foundation), EWER ‘early warning and early response initiatives’ (UNDP, Peace and
    Development), “Cultural heritage of Central Asia” (Smolny University, Saint Petersburg, Russia), “Role
    and place of political parties and Parliament in the process of transformation and democratization” (K.
    Adenauer Foundation). She published more than 40 articles and 4 handbooks in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan,
    Russia, Turkey and Singapore.
